Frequently Asked Questions
To access your Rocket Ramp account:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- You will receive an OTP in that email.
- Enter in your OTP, and then click Continue.
Once logged in, you'll land on your dashboard, where you can view your balance, send money, or manage your account settings.
If you need to change your Rocket Ramp PIN, you can reset it in just a few steps:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Tap your Profile icon or Account Settings.
- Select Security & Privacy.
- Choose Reset PIN.
- Type in your old PIN.
- Create a new PIN and confirm it.
Once your PIN is updated, you can use it right away to send or withdraw money securely.
When adding or withdrawing funds, you may be asked to verify your identity. This helps keep transactions secure and compliant with financial regulations.
- You'll receive a link from our trusted verification partner when verification is needed.
- Tap the link to open the secure form.
- Complete the form and upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID.
- Review your information, then submit the form.
Once submitted, our verification partner will review your ID. You'll be notified when your verification is approved and your transfer can continue.
In Rocket Ramp, your personal information is securely verified and can't be changed inside the app. The only detail you can manage is your linked bank account.
To update your bank account:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Go to Profile → Account Settings.
- Select Bank Account.
- Choose to Delete your current bank account or Add New.
- Follow the instructions to link your new bank account.
In Rocket Ramp, your personal information is securely verified and can't be changed inside the app. The only detail you can manage is your linked bank account.
To update or delete your bank account:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Open your Profile → Account Settings.
- Select Bank Account.
- Choose to Delete your current bank account or Add New.
- Follow the instructions to link your new bank account.
Important: You cannot delete a bank account while there are pending transactions. Please wait until all deposits or withdrawals are complete before removing your account.
Rocket Ramp accounts cannot be closed or deleted at this time. However, you can remove your funds and disconnect any linked bank accounts whenever you choose.
To remove your banking information:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Go to Profile → Account Settings.
- Select Bank Account.
- Tap Delete Bank Account and confirm.
Once your balance is $0 and your bank information is removed, your account will remain inactive until you decide to use it again.
You can invite new users to Rocket Ramp simply by sending them money. There's no separate referral link -- your invite is automatic when you send funds to someone who doesn't have an account yet.
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Tap Send and enter your friend's email.
- Enter the amount you'd like to send.
- Confirm the payment.
If your friend isn't already on Rocket Ramp, they'll get a message to sign up and claim the funds.
You can send money instantly to other Rocket Ramp users:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Tap the Send button on your home screen.
- Enter the amount you want to send.
- Enter the recipient's email.
- Add a note (optional).
- Tap Send.
Your payment will send nearly instantly to the recipient's Rocket Ramp balance. Recipient may have to refresh the page.
Once a payment is sent in Rocket Ramp, it cannot be canceled or reversed. All transactions are processed instantly to ensure fast, secure transfers between users.
Before sending a payment:
- Double-check the recipient's email.
- Verify the amount and payment method.
- Confirm that you're sending to the correct person -- payments can't be undone after confirmation.
If a payment was sent to the wrong person, you can reach out to the recipient directly and request that they return the funds.
Rocket Ramp is built for freedom -- there are no limits on how much you can send or receive. You can move any amount your connected funding source supports.
Keep in mind:
- Your bank or card provider may still have their own limits.
- If a transaction doesn't process, check with your funding source for restrictions on daily or per-transaction amounts.
If someone you sent money to hasn't received it yet:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com and tap the Activity tab.
- Select the payment in question.
- If it shows as Completed, the money was successfully sent.
If the recipient can't see the funds:
- Make sure they're signed in with the same email you sent the payment to.
- Ask them to check their Activity tab for any incoming payments.
If the recipient doesn't have a Rocket Ramp account, they'll need to create one first. Once they have an account, you can send them the funds.
Rocket Ramp cannot issue refunds once a payment has been sent. All transfers are instant and final to ensure fast, secure movement of funds.
If you sent money by mistake, you can reach out to the recipient directly and ask them to send the amount back through Rocket Ramp.
- Payments cannot be reversed or canceled after they're sent.
- Rocket Ramp does not have access to reverse or retrieve funds from another user's account.
- Always double-check the recipient's information and amount before confirming.
If something doesn't look right with a payment -- such as a missing transfer, duplicate charge, or incorrect amount:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Go to Profile → Support.
- Provide details about the payment, including the amount, recipient, and date.
- Submit the form to our support team.
Most reports are reviewed within one business day.
You can receive money instantly from anyone using Rocket Ramp:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Share your email with the sender.
- When the payment is sent, you'll see it in your Activity tab.
If the payment isn't showing up, confirm the sender used the same email linked to your Rocket Ramp account.
If you were expecting a payment that hasn't arrived:
- Check your Activity tab -- if the payment's not listed, it hasn't reached your account yet.
- Confirm your account details -- make sure the sender used the correct email linked to your account.
- Review payment status -- if it shows as Pending, it's still processing and will complete soon.
- Still can't find it? -- Contact the sender to confirm the transaction details, then reach out to Rocket Ramp Support.
If your payment shows as Pending, it means it hasn't finished processing yet.
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Tap the Activity tab.
- Select the pending payment for details.
- Wait for it to complete -- most pending payments resolve within seconds to a few hours.
If the payment stays pending for more than 24 hours, contact Rocket Ramp Support.
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Tap the Activity tab on your home screen.
- Scroll through your recent transactions to view sent, received, and withdrawn payments.
- Tap any transaction to see full details -- including date, amount, recipient, and status.
You can add money to your Rocket Ramp balance from your linked bank account, debit card, and many other options:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Tap on Deposit.
- Select your payment method.
- Enter the amount you'd like to add in the "You Pay" section.
- Tap the Buy USD Coin button.
- Follow the steps from our trusted partners.
Depending on the provider, they may ask you to verify your identity the first time for your security. Your funds will appear once the transfer is complete.
Transfer times: Bank transfers usually take 1-3 business days. Instant card transfers are available in minutes (fees may apply).
You can deposit Bitcoin (and other crypto coins/tokens) directly into your Rocket Ramp crypto wallet:
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Tap the Crypto tab on your home screen.
- Select Bitcoin (BTC).
- Tap Deposit Bitcoin.
- You will be provided a one-time-use BTC address to deposit to (for your privacy).
- Use that address to send Bitcoin from your external wallet or exchange.
Important: Only send Bitcoin (BTC) to your Rocket Ramp BTC address -- sending any other cryptocurrency may result in loss of funds. Deposits typically appear after 3 blockchain confirmations.
To deposit crypto using Houdini Swap:
- Go to Deposit in the Rocket Ramp app.
- Select Crypto as your deposit method.
- Choose your cryptocurrency and tap Confirm.
- Select Continue to Partner to open the Houdini Swap deposit page.
- Copy your Rocket Ramp wallet address and paste it in your sending platform.
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Tap on Withdraw.
- Choose your linked bank account.
- Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw.
- Tap Review.
A small processing fee may apply to each withdrawal. Most withdrawals complete within 1-3 business days. You'll need to complete KYC on your first withdrawal.
Withdrawal speed depends on your bank and when you initiated the withdrawal:
- Standard withdrawals: 1-3 business days to arrive.
- Weekends/holidays: Start processing on the next business day.
If your withdrawal is pending, check your Activity tab to confirm the status and make sure your bank details are correct.
- Go to app.myrocketramp.com.
- Tap the Activity tab on your home screen.
- Select the withdrawal you want to review.
You'll see one of the following statuses:
- Pending: Your withdrawal is being processed.
- Completed: Your funds have successfully reached your bank.
- Failed: The withdrawal didn't go through -- tap to view details or retry.
If you're unable to withdraw, it's usually due to one of the following:
- Your account isn't fully verified yet.
- The linked bank account or card is invalid or has expired.
- Your withdrawal request triggered a security review.
- Your balance isn't available yet due to a pending transaction.
To fix the issue:
- Make sure your account is verified -- go to Profile → Verification.
- Check your linked bank account -- go to Profile → Linked Accounts.
- Review your withdrawal history in the Activity tab.
If your withdrawal still fails, contact Rocket Ramp Support.
- Tap the Three Lines icon on your Rocket Ramp home screen.
- Select Linked Accounts.
- Choose Add Bank Account.
- Enter your bank name, account number, and routing number.
- Confirm your details and tap Link Bank.
Once linked, you'll be able to transfer funds between Rocket Ramp and your bank.
Note: You'll need to verify your identity before connecting a new bank account for security purposes.
Common issues when linking a bank account:
- Bank credentials were entered incorrectly.
- Your bank's connection is temporarily down.
- The account type (savings or business) isn't supported.
- You haven't yet verified your identity in Rocket Ramp.
To fix the issue:
- Double-check your bank login details and re-enter them carefully.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- If your bank offers multi-factor authentication, complete all prompts.
- Try linking your bank again after a few minutes.
If the problem continues, try adding your bank manually using your routing and account numbers. If you still can't link your bank, contact Rocket Ramp Support.
If your bank account is closed or your card has expired, withdrawals and deposits will not complete successfully.
- Go to Profile → Linked Accounts.
- If your bank account is closed, tap Remove Account, then Add Bank Account to link a new one.
- If a withdrawal was sent to a closed account, your bank will typically reject the transfer, and the funds will be refunded.
- Once your new bank is linked, retry your withdrawal.
Rocket Ramp processes withdrawals and deposits based on standard U.S. banking schedules. Transfers on bank holidays will be delayed until the next business day.
Common U.S. banking holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
You can still send and receive money instantly between Rocket Ramp accounts -- those aren't affected by banking holidays.
Rocket Ramp is built to move money without boundaries. You're free to use Rocket Ramp for any amount your connected funding source supports.
Important: For any on-ramp or off-ramp over $1,000,000, please contact Rocket Ramp Support before initiating the transaction. Our team will help ensure the transfer is processed smoothly and securely.
Some merchants or payment partners may set their own limits for on-ramp transactions within a single transfer.
Funds in Rocket Ramp are stored in an account owned and held solely by the user.
Rocket Ramp does not use traditional banks or pooled accounts. You have complete ownership and control over your funds while they are on the platform.
- Your balance is held in your name, not Rocket Ramp's.
- Rocket Ramp provides the technology to move and manage your money securely.
- You decide when to deposit, withdraw, or transfer your funds.
