1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a RocketRamp account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Description
RocketRamp provides a digital wallet and payment platform that allows users to:
- Load funds via ACH, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, crypto, and other supported methods
- Send and receive funds peer-to-peer (P2P transfers are free)
- Off-ramp funds to a bank account, debit card, or external wallet
- Access automation capabilities via our API (for approved business accounts)
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use RocketRamp. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. RocketRamp services may not be available in all jurisdictions.
4. Account Registration & KYC
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. RocketRamp may require identity verification (KYC) before enabling certain features, including off-ramping funds or accessing higher transaction limits. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
5. Fees
Off-Ramp Fee
RocketRamp charges a 4.9% fee on all off-ramp transactions (withdrawals to bank, card, or external wallet). This fee is deducted from the off-ramp amount at the time of processing.
P2P Transfers
Peer-to-peer transfers between RocketRamp users are currently free.
Load Fees
Loading fees vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. RocketRamp reserves the right to update fees with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RocketRamp for:
- Any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism
- Transactions involving prohibited goods or services
- Circumventing applicable laws or regulations
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or referral programs
- Using automated tools to access the platform without written authorization
- Any activity that interferes with the operation of our platform
7. Affiliate / Referral Program
Operators and users who participate in the RocketRamp Affiliate Rewards Program earn a 1% kickback for each off-ramp completed by referred users. Kickbacks are credited to the referrer's account balance after the off-ramp is confirmed as completed. RocketRamp reserves the right to withhold or claw back kickbacks for reversed transactions or fraudulent referrals. Operators must complete KYC before withdrawing kickback balances.
8. Account Termination
RocketRamp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to resolution of any pending transactions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketRamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to RocketRamp in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against RocketRamp.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RocketRamp is incorporated. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or account notification with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
